The Fitgirlcode Body Guide is a 6 week workout e-guide with three or four workouts scheduled per week. All the exercises come together to form a full body workout and are designed to train your entire body. In the guide, nine main muscle groups are identified: back, shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps, abs, glutes, legs and calves. The guide clearly informs you about exactly which muscles are being worked on by each exercise. On your rest days, you will also perform stretches in order to avoid injury and give your body the chance to recover well.
In total, there are 45 different exercises giving you enough variation with each workout. All the exercises and stretches are also clearly explained with instructional pictures and videos. With this guide, we will challenge you, help you to figure out your goals and actually keep them. Each week will continuously increase your strength, (muscle) speed, fat burning, muscle building, agility and endurance.
What do you need for this guide?
You can do all the workouts at the gym or at home. All you need is a mat, a towel and dumbbells.
