The Happy Healthy Guide: Summer Body Edition is a twelve week food and workout Guide with recipes, grocery lists and food schedules. The Guide calculates your daily macros, workout schedules and stretch routines. The section in the Guide that is dedicated to food is divided into two parts: the first part focuses on losing weight and the second part on maintenance. Every part covers six weeks, meaning that you will be kept busy for a total of twelve weeks. In part one, the caloric intake is slightly lower than in the second part. Depending on your personal goals, you can choose to only follow part one, only follow part two or, of course, follow the full twelve weeks. This guide is an expanded version of the Happy Healthy guide; the food schedules and recipes are from it.
You will also find a workout schedule in the Happy Healthy Guide: Summer Body Edition, which consists of six weeks, whereby week one can be regarded as ‘easy’ and week six as ‘heavy’. Every exercise is explained with pictures and a detailed step-by-step description, thus making sure that you do the exercise correctly. There are three or four workouts per week. On the days that there are no scheduled workouts, you can do one of the stretch routines. Stretching is highly important in order to prevent injuries and to help your muscles rebuild. You can do all the workouts at home or in the gym with only a few items.
