Orders When will my package be delivered? We strive to transfer the order to one of our shipping partners within 48 hours. Dutch customers can expect their order the next day. Orders outside of the Netherlands have varying delivery times (2 to 8 working days). We will keep you posted if there is any delay in the shipment of your order.
What to do if my order is delivered wrongly or damaged? If there has been any damage to your package or if there are any other problems concerning your package, please contact us as soon as possible. In case of a well-founded problem, you will be able to return the article free of charge.
