Noraly: The easiest thing is that we now have a weekly menu. We no longer have to think about what's on the menu this week. We do the shopping (for the week) on weekends and we also have everything in house and we can cook and eat on time.
Fleur: As a rookie in the workout world, I have learned many new, useful exercises. The structure of the guide is very nice; it gets more intense with the week, but remains doable. Because of the variety of the exercises, I did not get bored, and this also helped to finish the guide. I am happy with the results; I have gained more strength in my arms and my stomach is slightly more toned.
