At the moment when your order is ready to be sent, you’ll get a notification by e-mail from us. This e-mail states that your order is dispatched to PostNL. Subsequently, you will receive a seperate e-mail including a track & trace code which you can use on the website of the parcel carriers to see when your order will arrive!
If it happens that you’re not at home at the time the mailman visits, a message will be left by the parcel carrier that they’re going to make a second attempt the next day. Do you want the package to be send to another location? You can contact the particular parcel carrier directly. If a mistake has been made in the address or if there are any other problems, our shipping partners or one of our employees will contact you to make sure your package will be delivered as soon as possible.
NON-EU orders: taxes and duties
For orders that are being shipped to destinations outside of Europe, one should take into account the extra taxes and duties that might be accounted for when your order is imported into your country.
