The Happy Healthy Guide is a 12 week food guide with recipes, grocery lists and food schedules with the daily macros. The guide is separated into two parts:
PART 1 LOSE WEIGHT & PART 2 MAINTENANCE
Every part covers 6 weeks, so you will be kept busy for a total of 12 weeks. In part 1, the caloric intake is a bit lower than in the 2nd part. Depending on your personal goals, you can choose to only follow part 1, only follow part 2 or of course following the full 12 weeks. This guide helps you with losing weight and maintaining that weight once you reach it, in a healthy and responsible manner. Let it be clear that you’ll always be eating healthy and eating enough!
